Donald Zisquit is a graduate of Harvard Law School who is admitted to the Bar in Israel and has practiced law in Israel for over twenty-five years.  Don previously practiced in Buffalo with the firm of Duke, Holtzman & Yeager, and subsequently was an Assistant New York State Attorney General.  In 1981, he and his wife, Linda, made aliyah to Israel where Don established his practice.  The office, which occupies a part of the Zisquit home, is situated in the German Colony, one of the most lovely and enchanting parts of Jerusalem. 

Mr. Zisquit's areas of practice are:

Real Estate:

Residential and commercial closings, condominium conversions, real estate development, leases and international real estate investment in Israel.

Estates and Trusts:

All matters of inheritance in Israel, including wills and estate planning, probate of estates, and estate litigation.  He is familiar with the problems of estates having assets both in and outside of Israel, and can assist foreign attorneys with matters involving property in the State of Israel.

Matrimonial & Family Law:

Divorce and Separation, Agreements and litigation, and complex Child Support and Custody matters where at least one of the parents resides in Israel.

Business Law:

Formation of business entities in Israel, capitalization and corporate counsel for business, tax compliance, protection of business trademarks and intellectual property law for high-technology industries.
